For any average sized wedding, it can take over 250 hours from planning, set up to the clean up at the end.

Our planning services are here to make it easier and less stressful for you, by assisting you through the process of planning your wedding. It's still your wedding, your way - you just have a professional on your side doing all of the legwork; creating spreadsheets, making lists, sourcing quotes, and making sure your day is as perfect as can be.

  • Sourcing of all suppliers, including but not limited to;
    • Photographers
    • Videographers
    • Musicians
    • Caterers
    • Transport
    • Officiants
  • Sourcing of a venue for your reception and ceremony, engagement party and post-wedding brunch venues
  • Scheduling of appointments and attendance of meetings with suppliers, including month out meetings with all suppliers to confirm event details 
  • Management of contracts, deposits and payments
  • Liasion with all vendors a part of your day
    • Documentation of all vendors, event requirements, quotes and proposals
  • On the day coordination; coordination of vendors and set up of all details in relation to your big day
  • Reception and site visits as required, to meet with you and discuss your requirements for the day
  • Management of budget, updated regularly
  • Optional management of RSVP's
  • Creation of floor plans and seating charts to your requirements
  • On the day coordination, management of run sheets, timelines and set up


There are not enough words to describe how Amazing Brooke is! Having a wedding planner was a relatively late decision from us but was by far the best one we made! Between always being on hand to answer any questions, to setting up and packing down, to being our bar tender after the ceremony and creating the most incredible grazing table she was everything we didnt know we needed and MORE! Brooke did all of the ringing around and organising and it meant that both hubby and I could sit back and relax!

Styling & Design.

Weddings are made from a whole bunch of moments. Our styling and design package is about creating one moment at a time; from the moment your guests walk in to your reception and say "wow" to the atmosphere that flows through out the rest of the night.

Investment starting at $1435 


  • Up to 3 styling consultations - this is where we find out exactly what your style is, and what your wants and needs are
  • Concept development; we create up to three mood boards and colour palettes based on your style and feedback to create your wedding perfection. Showing you inspiration for colour palettes, flowers, textures, styling and structures/installations we are considering for your special day 
  • Concept proposal; we create a breakdown of all styling and decorative elements from your favourite concept for your wedding and put them into a proposal.
  • Sourcing, coordinating and liaising with all decor-related vendors - stationery designers, florists, lighting designers, hire furniture, cake decorator and any other vendors that may contribute to the look and feel of your special day.
  • Sourcing of additional decor items and detail pieces to make your day special and unique.
  • Creation of floor plans for furniture, props and styling
  • On the day coordination of all styling, furniture and decor vendors by the Yellow Lane team
  • On the day decorative styling; table centrepieces, ceremony site, signage, stationery, card boxes, cake tables etc.
  • Assistance of set up of venue furniture, as required
  • Pack down of styling items and return of all personal items

We also offer a range of styling and accent pieces available for hire exclusive to our couples and clients.

Brooke styled my wedding on the 11 March at Borambola Winery, and we couldn’t have been happier. From the moment we met with her, Brooke was a pleasure to deal with. Interested in who both my fiancé were as people to learn what we like, didn’t tell us what we should like or what we will have which I think that is so important, some people have no idea what they want at an event so the fact that Brooke took the time to find out, Asked questions to learn, is a huge plus & to her credit. She is super accessible, when ever we spoke it was like talking to a friend which makes putting an event together a lovely experience as all you want to do of course, is talk about it! And in the set up, Brooke just got in there and got to it. She has a wonderful attention to detail, and knows just how to keep everyone calm, there’s no stress.

  • Coordination and attendance of ceremony rehearsal
  • On the day coordination; assistance clearing empty glassware, tidying, making sure everything is running on time by liaising with your MC, coordination and liaison with non-decorative vendors
  • Assistant included (if required)
